Jake & Dinos Chapman

Brothers Jake (b. 1966) and Dinos (b. 1962) Chapman graduated from the Royal College of Art, London, UK, in 1990 while also working as assistants for the artists Gilbert and George. Their relentless creativity in sculpture, paintings, installations and prints has earned them a worldwide, frequently controversial reputation. Their art, conventionally described as “iconoclastic,” has often gone further to challenge the boundaries of the acceptable. A key retrospective of their work, Come and See, at London’s Serpentine Sackler Gallery, ran from 2013 – 14. They continue to exhibit internationally, including Europe, Japan, Hong Kong, Australia and the US.
